This Franchise Policy outlines the terms, eligibility, responsibilities, and conditions for individuals or organizations seeking to partner with us.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to define a clear framework for operating an authorized Indira Gandhi Computer (IGC) franchise center under the brand’s academic, operational, and ethical standards.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To become a franchise partner, the applicant must:

  1. Be an individual, firm, or organization with a good reputation and interest in education.
  2. Have a minimum 200–1000 sq. ft. space in a suitable and accessible location.
  3. Ensure availability of basic infrastructure — computer lab, classroom, furniture, internet, and power backup.
  4. Be financially capable of investing in setup, promotion, and smooth operation of the center.
  5. Agree to follow all academic and administrative policies of Indira Gandhi Computer (IGC).

3. Franchise Approval Process

  1. Submission of Franchise Application Form with all required documents.
  2. Site inspection and evaluation by the institute’s management team.
  3. Approval and signing of the Franchise Agreement (MoU).
  4. Payment of franchise registration and license fee as per MoU.
  5. Issuance of Authorization Certificate and listing on the institute’s official network.

4. Financial Terms

  1. A one-time Franchise Registration Fee must be paid at the time of approval.
  2. The franchisee shall share a mutually agreed revenue percentage or fixed renewal fee annually.
  3. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  4. Franchise validity will be for a fixed term (e.g., 1 years) and renewable upon mutual consent as per MoU.

5. Rights and Responsibilities

A. Institute (Head Office) Responsibilities

  1. Provide authorization certificate, brand license, and operational guidance.
  2. Supply course content, syllabus, and digital/printed materials.
  3. Conduct online/offline examinations and issue certificates to qualified students.
  4. Provide marketing, promotional, and academic support.
  5. Maintain centralized student registration and verification portal.

B. Franchise Responsibilities

  1. Maintain the institute’s standard in infrastructure, discipline, and service quality.
  2. Conduct admissions, classes, and exams strictly as per IGC guidelines.
  3. Use only official logos, names, and materials provided by the Head Office.
  4. Submit periodic reports, student data, and fee details to Head Office.
  5. Pay the required renewal or maintenance fees on time.

6. Branding and Promotion

  1. The franchise must use the official brand name: ā€œIndira Gandhi Computer (IGC)ā€ with the approved logo and tagline.
  2. Unauthorized use, modification, or misuse of the brand identity is strictly prohibited.
  3. All advertisements and social media promotions must be approved by the Head Office before publication.

7. Certificate & Examination Policy

  1. All final certificates will be issued only by the Head Office after successful completion of exams.
  2. The franchise is not authorized to issue its own certificates or use similar logos.

8. Renewal and Termination

  1. Franchise authorization is valid for a fixed term (e.g., 1 years) and renewable based on performance and compliance as per MoU.
  2. The institute reserves the right to terminate the franchise for any of the following reasons:
  3. Non-compliance with policies or standards
  4. Misuse of brand name or certificates
  5. Non-payment of dues or renewal fees
  6. Involvement in fraudulent or unethical practices

9. Confidentiality

All study materials, operational data, and business information shared by the Head Office are strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party without written consent.

10. Legal Disclaimer

  1. The franchise operates as an independent authorized center, not as an employee, agent, or subsidiary of the Head Office.
  2. The Head Office shall not be liable for any local disputes, employment issues, or damages arising from franchise operations.
  3. In case of disputes, the decision of Indira Gandhi Computer (IGC) management shall be final and binding.
  4. All legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sheohar Court only.

8. Code of Conduct

  1. Students must maintain discipline, punctuality, and respect for teachers and staff.
  2. Misconduct, damage to property, or violation of institute rules may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

9. Grievance and Complaints

  1. Students or franchise partners can submit any complaints or service issues in writing or via email to the Administration Office.
  2. The management will review and resolve such cases within a reasonable time frame.
  3. The decision of the Institute Management shall be final and binding.
