📘 Terms & Conditions for Admission

1. Admission Policy

Admission will be confirmed only after submission of a duly filled form, required documents, and payment of the registration/admission fee.

The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any admission without assigning any reason.

2. Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid in full or as per the installment plan approved by the institute.

Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Late payment of fees may attract a penalty or suspension from classes.

3. Attendance & Discipline

Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible for exams or certificates.

Misbehavior, misconduct, or violation of institute rules may result in suspension or termination of admission without refund.

Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during class hours without permissions.

4. Study Material & Classes

Study materials (if provided) are for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or distributed.

The institute reserves the right to change class timings, faculty, or syllabus as required.

5. Examination & Certification

Students must clear all dues before appearing in the final examination.

Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course and all required assessments.

6. Leave & Re-admission

In case of absence due to valid reasons, the student must inform the institute in writing.

Long absence without prior information may lead to cancellation of admission.

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect staff and fellow students, and keep the premises clean.

Any damage to institute property will be recovered from the responsible student.

8. Use of Personal Information

The institute may use student data (such as name, photo, or academic record) for internal records, ID cards, and promotional materials.

All personal data will be kept confidential and used only for educational purposes.

9. Institute Rights

The institute reserves the right to make any necessary changes in rules, course structure, or timing without prior notice.

In case of disputes, the decision of institute management will be final and binding.

10. Declaration by Student/Parent

I/We hereby declare that the information provided in this admission form is true to the best of my/our knowledge. I/We have read and understood the above Terms & Conditions for offline/offline all admission process and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of the institute.

🪪 Terms & Conditions for Hall Ticket / Examination

1. Eligibility

The student must have cleared all fees and completed minimum attendance as per institute rules to be eligible for the examination.

The hall ticket is valid only for the student whose name and details appear on it. It is non-transferable.

2. Identification

Students must carry their Hall Ticket and a valid Photo ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Institute ID) to enter the examination hall.

Any mismatch in details may lead to disqualification from the exam.

3. Examination Rules

Students must report to the exam center at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

Late entry after 15 minutes of the exam start time will not be allowed.

Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, notes, or any electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.

Talking, cheating, or any kind of unfair means will result in immediate cancellation of the exam.

4. Conduct

Students must follow the instructions of the invigilator and staff during the examination.

Misbehavior or violation of exam rules may lead to disciplinary action, including cancellation of admission or certificate.

5. Result & Certificate

The institute’s decision regarding examination results, rechecking, or certification will be final and binding.

Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course and clearance of all dues.

6. Loss or Damage

The institute is not responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of the hall ticket.

In case of loss, a duplicate may be issued with proper verification and applicable charges.

7. General

The institute reserves the right to change the exam date, time, or venue if required.

Students must keep this hall ticket safe until the completion of their course and certificate collection.

8. Declaration by Student

I hereby declare that I have read and understood the above Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by the examination rules and regulations of the institute.

💰 Terms & Conditions for Fee Receipt

1. Payment Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

All payments must be made only at the institute’s authorized counter or through official digital payment modes.

The institute will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized persons or third parties.

2. Receipt Validity

This receipt is valid only after being signed and stamped by the authorized institute representative.

Students are advised to keep this receipt safely as proof of payment for future reference (examination, certificate, etc.).

Duplicate receipts may be issued only after proper verification and applicable administrative charges.

3. Installment Policy

Students paying in installments must clear all dues before the final examination or certificate issue.

Delay in installment payment may attract a late fee or suspension from classes.

4. Course & Admission

Admission is confirmed only after full payment of the registration or admission fee as per the chosen course.

Change of course or batch is subject to institute approval and availability.

5. Refund Policy

No refund shall be made for admission cancellation, absence, or discontinuation of the course by the student.

In case of course cancellation by the institute, fees will be refunded or adjusted as per management decision.

6. Misuse & Tampering

Any alteration, overwriting, or misuse of this receipt will make it invalid.

Legal action may be taken against anyone found misusing institute documents or receipts.

7. Institute Rights

The institute reserves the right to revise fees, policies, or course structure without prior notice.

All matters are subject to the jurisdiction of the local court where the institute is located.

8. Declaration by Student

I hereby declare that I have read and understood the above Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by the fee and refund policies of the institute.

🧾 Terms & Conditions for Expense Receipt

1. Validity of Receipt

This expense receipt is valid only when signed and stamped by the authorized person of the institute.

All entries must be accurate, legible, and supported by valid bills or vouchers.

Any overwriting, alteration, or incomplete information will make the receipt invalid.

2. Purpose of Payment

The payment mentioned in this receipt must be used strictly for the purpose stated (e.g., stationery, maintenance, salary, etc.).

Misuse or diversion of funds for any unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited.

3. Authorization

All expenses must be approved by the management or authorized officer before payment.

Unapproved or excess payments will not be reimbursed or recognized by the institute.

4. Mode of Payment

Payments may be made in cash, cheque, or authorized digital mode as per institute policy.

The recipient must ensure that the amount mentioned is received in full and correctly counted before signing.

5. Record & Documentation

The recipient must obtain a copy of this expense receipt for personal record.

The original copy will remain with the institute as part of its financial record.

Supporting documents such as invoices, bills, or quotations must be attached wherever applicable.

6. Non-Transferability

This receipt is non-transferable and valid only for the transaction and recipient mentioned.

It cannot be used as proof for any other payment or claim.

7. Audit & Verification

All expenses are subject to internal verification and audit by the institute management or external auditor.

Any false claim, manipulation, or fraud will result in disciplinary or legal action.

8. Institute Rights

The institute reserves the right to approve, reject, or modify any expense claim based on its policies and records.

In case of disputes, the decision of the institute management shall be final and binding.

9. Declaration by Recipient

I hereby confirm that I have received the above-mentioned payment in full for the stated purpose and agree to abide by the above Terms & Conditions of the institute.
